1.Pranayama:

2.Matsyasana (fish pose):

it is like a fish pose. It is an immunity strengthening pose. Matsyasana is an elevated pose which detoxifies you and boosts energy level. A traditional text that matsyasana is the “destroy of all diseases”. It also strengthens the upper back muscles and back of the neck, which can improve flexibility in the spine.

3.Viparita karani (legs up the wall): 

Viparita karani  is both an asana and a mudra in hatha yoga. It is considered as one of the most calming and nourishing poses for the mind and the body. It is a deeply relaxing pose that calms the nervous system, which in turn, helps lower stress and anxiety.

4.Uttanasana (forward bend):

uttanasana widely known as ‘ Hand under foot pose’ is an intense forward bend and falls under the category of ‘inverted yoga postures’. Regularly practicing uttanasana strengthens the knees and thighs. It gives a deep stretch to hamstrings, calves, back of thighs and lower back. A pose which requires you to submit to the ground and bend over, it is one of the easiest way to rejuvenate the immune system.

5.Tadasana:

It is called as Mountain pose or Samasthiti. One of the best yoga poses to increase height. Tadasana stimulates your nervous system. When nervous system is properly work then improve blood flow and vitalize your body. It is also improve the function of the respiratory and digestive system.

6. Bhujangasana:

It is also called as ‘Cobra pose’. This pose is highly therapeutic for the nervous system and also reduces anxiety and depression. Its considered a restorative yin posture- meaning it doesn’t require a lot from the body and its wonderful to do in the morning as it energies and soothes the mind.
